Broadway Halloween Bar Fest 2026
Broadway Halloween Bar Fest brings an eight-hour Halloween event to Broadway in Nashville on Saturday, October 31, 2026. The advertised hours are noon to 8 p.m. CDT, but check-in ends earlier. That difference is the most important detail to build into your plan before choosing tickets.
Promo code: ENCORE. Check eligibility and the final order total before paying. We may earn a commission from ticket-link or promo-code purchases.
Event hours and check-in
- Date: Saturday, October 31, 2026
- Location: Broadway, Nashville
- Event hours: noon–8 p.m. CDT
- Check-in: noon–4 p.m. at the bar corresponding to your purchased ticket
- Age requirement: 21+
Choose your check-in location carefully during purchase and keep that selection with your ticket confirmation. If you are attending with friends, compare the bars listed on your orders rather than assuming everyone has the same starting point. Arriving after 4 p.m. would fall outside the posted check-in window, even though the event continues until 8 p.m.
Participating Broadway bars
The listed venues are Barstool Nashville, Kane Brown’s on Broadway, Lainey Wilson’s Bell Bottoms Up, Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa, Luke’s 32 Bridge, Posty’s, and Morgan Wallen’s This Bar. Review the official event listing for the current venue information and ticket choices.
Capacity limits apply. Build flexibility into your plans rather than depending on immediate access to a particular bar at a particular time. A shared meeting point can also make regrouping easier if your friends choose different stops along Broadway.
Tickets, purchase terms, and ENCORE
Tickets are sold through POSH. The listing states that purchases are nonrefundable, so confirm the date, the selected check-in bar, and your group’s availability before paying. Read the ticket description closely for what your chosen option includes; do not assume that drinks or other extras are included.
Affiliate disclosure: We may earn a commission from ticket-link or promo-code purchases. Try code ENCORE at checkout where a code field is available. Confirm eligibility and the final order total before paying; a specific discount is not guaranteed.
Festival Tips
Bring valid age identification and check venue guidance when planning a costume or bag. Schedule your arrival around check-in rather than the event’s finishing time. Decide how you will get home before the afternoon begins, and use the official listing for any updates to participating bars or entry instructions.
